Who I am
I was born and grew up in Algeria, then earned my diploma in IT resources in France. I followed this with further qualifications in networks and telecommunications.
After several years in industrial maintenance, I worked at a range of IT service companies in France and Luxembourg.
This is how I first came to KBL epb in 2008 as an outside contractor. In 2011, I officially became a member of group’s IT support team.
I’m married with two children, aged 7 and 13, who take up most of my free time.
What I do
I work in the Group’s IT support team.
This team’s main job is to help our colleagues when they have technical problems and provide them with solutions. We do this both for our colleagues in Luxembourg and across our European footprint.
Our job requires flexibility, readiness to help and reactivity.
By providing support on the ground and online, we are contributing to the continuity of services in the group.
What I think
In both the private and professional sphere, you have to remain clear, flexible and ready to listen to others.
My guiding principle is to accept what life offers us. I don’t think of difficulties or challenges as obstacles; on the contrary, I see them as opportunities for me to realize my true potential.
Our group and IT department are changing. I think that this change is necessary to ensure a positive future not only for the bank but also for all its teams.
